PLANET's proofing bases and chambers are designed for proofing dough blanks before the baking process in a bakery cabinet or an industrial oven. At the same time, the proofing cycle is programmed and precisely controlled. You can work according to preset factory programs, you can set your own temperature and humidity. The PLANET line includes cameras for accommodating from 1 to 6 trolleys with dough trays measuring 60x80 cm or 60x40 cm. Optional: stainless steel finish inside and outside, additional doors including wide double doors, water cooling, stainless steel floor, trolleys 60x40 and 60x80 cm. The chambers are supplied with a remote compressor unit and a 10 m long connection kit.
